How poetic; one of the weeks when I'm the most nocturnal the only Game Gen stuff I have to share involves light.
After some manipulation, I got directional light to tie to the sky atmosphere, so now I can make the level take place at whichever time of day I prefer.
Because the tutorials are... weird, apparently now I'm supposed to leave this first level behind for now, and go on to the Unreal Learning Kit, which looks like this.
So maybe I'll actually get jack done with this next week. Maybe I'll actually be able to sleep at night. And maybe scallops will come flying out of me pants.
