Gassy Jetpack - On hold until I can make it much better.

Some improvements still needed:

• Score carries between landings

• Game resets when player runs out of fuel

• Possibly have different score modes, or infinite fuel with time limit

• Have way to save high scores

• Get control scheme better

• Add fart, flush, and more bathroom-accurate sound effects
