I've been rewatching the tutorial videos to see if there were some steps I skipped. Due to me being a night owl recently, I've had to communicate more asynchronically, but not ineffectively. As far as I can tell most of the code seems good, I've just polished some of the controls and made some of the presentation a bit cleaner. Still need to:
Animate dead/alive
Animate "shoot up" and "shoot down"
Add sound effects
Add levels
Add music
